GoPrabhakaran Consulting LLP grew from a simple frustration: too many businesses invest in strategy that never leaves the slide deck. Expensive advice. Impressive frameworks. And very little that actually sticks.
We are a father-son partnership — G Prabhakaran and P Yashwanth Prem — bringing together two generations of business thinking and a shared belief that the measure of good consulting is what happens after the engagement ends, not the quality of the presentation.
One partner spent 18 years in the Indian Air Force, building systems under real pressure. The other managed retail P&L for national brands before most people their age had their first promotion. Between us, we have set up 200+ retail locations, scaled a startup 2X in revenue within a year, led HR for a digital health platform, and closed enterprise deals at the CXO level.
